Human Rights Campaign Foundation Awards BMC Software Top Marks in 2009 Corporate Equality Index

rating of 100 percent in the 2009 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), an
annual survey administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.

BMC is one of 259 major U.S. businesses in the survey that earned
top marks for promoting strong cultures of inclusion and equal
opportunity.

BMC developed and continues to implement a strong, integrated and
comprehensive BMC Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Scorecard to
track its progress against a number of key human rights
objectives. BMC's sustained focus on these objectives helps the
