QinetiQ North America Appoints Business Development Executive

David Browder to become Senior Vice President, Mission Solutions Group

FAIRFAX, Va., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- David Browder joined QinetiQ North
America on August 25 as the new senior vice president for business development
in the Mission Solutions Group. He will lead the overall business development
activity of the group, which focuses on providing mission-critical
engineering, information technology and security services to federal
government customers. He will be based in QinetiQ North America's Fairfax,
Virginia, facility.
"David has built an outstanding career as a highly successful senior

Browder joins QinetiQ North America from Computer Sciences Corporation
(CSC), where he was the vice president for defense business development. At
CSC he had also served as vice president for strategic business planning and
director of capture management. Before joining CSC, Browder was Northrop
Grumman Information Technology's capture manager for strategic opportunities
in the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security. He had previously worked
as general manager of Invertix Corporation (a venture-backed, wireless
communications start-up), senior vice president and general manager for
business solutions and Air Force account manager at AT&T Government
Solutions/GRCI, and staff scientist with SAIC. He began his career in industry
after completing his Air Force service as an instructor pilot and project
manager.
Browder earned his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from
the U.S. Air Force Academy. He also holds a Master of Science in Engineering
Management from the University of Dayton.
