Westcore Properties Hires Andrea E. Rusca as Managing Director in Its
Lausanne, Switzerland, Office

SAN DIEGO and LAUSANNE, Switzerland, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Westcore
Properties, LLC, announced that the firm has hired Andrea E. Rusca as Managing
Director in its office in Lausanne, Switzerland. Rusca will be responsible
for overseeing value-added acquisitions and asset management for Westcore
Sarl, which is responsible for the operations of Westcore Properties
throughout Europe.
Rusca joins Westcore Properties from Fiat Group Automobiles in Zurich,
Switzerland, where he had been most recently developing the automaker's Swiss
dealer network, including managing its real estate operations in Switzerland
and Belgium.
Prior to his role at Fiat, he was international legal counsel and business
development manager for SGS Societe Generale de Surveillance SA HQ in Geneva,
Switzerland.
Educated as an attorney in both Switzerland and the U.S., Rusca previously
worked for law firms in Paris and Washington, D.C., and held legal
responsibilities with the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris and The
World Bank in Washington, D.C.
Rusca attended the University of Neuchatel in Switzerland and received his
LLM degree with distinction from Georgetown University Law School in
Washington, D.C.
Westcore Sarl has acquired 1.6 million square feet of industrial and
office buildings in Switzerland and Austria in the last 15 months.
In May 2008, Westcore Properties expanded and diversified its European
operations with the opening of Airport Development Partners SA, an affiliate
focused on the acquisition, operation and development of regional airports in
Europe. Airport-related projects currently are being pursued in Switzerland,
Austria and Poland.
