Gary Jacobson Named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Ricerca Biosciences

CONCORD, Ohio--(Business Wire)--
Ricerca Biosciences, a uniquely integrated preclinical provider of
contract research services for the pharmaceutical industry has named
Gary Jacobson executive vice president and chief financial officer. In
addition to his financial responsibilities, he will be accountable for
Ricerca's legal, human resources, facilities and IT functions.

Prior to joining Ricerca, Jacobson was principal and director of
General Biotechnology, LLC. He served as executive vice president and
chief financial officer of Harlan Sprague Dawley, Inc. and chief
operating officer of Harlan Europe. Gary began his career in the
banking industry serving as senior vice president and division manager
of LaSalle National Bank and senior vice president of American
National Bank.

Jacobson is a graduate of Knox College in Galesburg, IL, and holds
a certificate in political economy from the Adam Smith School of
Economics in Glasgow, Scotland. He received his MBA from Marshall
University in Huntington, WV.
