its chairman, president, and chief executive officer, Joseph R.
Ficalora, will participate in the Lehman Brothers Global Financial
Services Conference to be held in New York City on Tuesday, September
9, 2008. During his presentation, which is scheduled to begin at 2:30
p.m. Eastern Time, Mr. Ficalora will discuss the Company's financial
performance and business model, including its focus on multi-family
lending, asset quality, efficiency, and its growth-through-acquisition
strategy.
