Endurance Worldwide Reinsurance Appoints Lauren Kent as Head of Reinsurance in London

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(Business Wire)--
Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:ENH), a Bermuda-based
specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance,
today announced the appointment of Lauren Kent as Senior Underwriting
Manager and Head of Reinsurance for Endurance Worldwide Insurance
Limited in London. Ms. Kent has 18 years of industry experience
including five years with Endurance, where she has been a Casualty
Treaty Underwriter in both the United States and London offices,
contributing to the expansion of Endurance's specialty reinsurance
portfolios.

Ms. Kent held roles in claims management at NAC Re and Aetna,
prior to joining ERC in 1997. At ERC, she held several positions in
both claims management and treaty underwriting, and was appointed Vice
President, Treaty Underwriting in 2001. Ms. Kent joined Endurance in
2003 as Vice President, Treaty Underwriting in New York, transferring
to Endurance Worldwide Insurance Limited in London in 2006.
