The IBC Partnership Board Appoints Mike Martin as Chairman

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands--(Business Wire)--
The IBC Partnership Board has appointed Mike Martin as its
Chairman from October 1st, 2008. He succeeds Michael Bunce, OBE, who
steps down after nine successful years in the role.

   Mike Martin's career spans 30 years in the industry as sales
director of the Vinten group until his retirement in 2001 and
subsequently within IBC as Chairman of IBC's Executive Management
Committee. Mike also represented the IABM on the IBC Board from 2000
to 2006. Commenting on his appointment Mike Martin said: "I am
delighted to be asked to become Chairman of The Partnership Board of
IBC, following Michael Bunce's retirement. My involvement with IBC
over the past 10 years has given me a great insight into the
commitment of so many people from our industry. It is their talent
that creates the unique exhibition and world-renowned conference that
