SpinVox Appoints Experienced Mexican Communications Executive To Drive Growth on a Fifth Continent

Herrera Hired as Sales Director for South and Central American
                               Expansion
ATLANTA & LONDON--(Business Wire)--
SpinVox, the founder and global leader in Voice-to-Screen
messaging, announces the addition of Nicolas Herrera to the Americas
team to further position the company for expansion in Latin America.
Herrera joins from Verisign in Mexico City and will be a sales
director - Latin America for SpinVox.

"We are now operating with a dozen carriers on four continents
with our voice to text services available in Spanish, English, French
and German," says Christina Domecq, co-founder and CEO of SpinVox.
"Nicholas has an excellent reputation for helping telecom carriers
implement the latest technology into their networks with outstanding
results. We are counting on his expertise to guide us into new markets
in Central and South America."

Prior to his role with SpinVox, Herrera was the senior territory
manager for Verisign for two years. Prior to that post, he held
business development roles for Lightbridge and IXOS Software (now
owned by Open Text Corporation). He was previously responsible for
telecom sales in Mexico for Oracle and prior to that with GE Capital
IT Solutions. Herrera began his career with Ericsson Telecom Mexico in
1990.

SpinVox is currently developing a Portuguese conversion capability
which, combined with existing capabilities in Spanish, French, German
and English, will accelerate adoption of its various voice to screen
services for any Latin market. The carrier currently provides Spanish
language conversion services for Vodafone Spain and in the U.S. with
Alltel.

communication - voice and text - and created a new category of
messaging called Voice-to-Screen(TM). Its award-winning service is now
making everyday communication simpler and more powerful, creating new
recurring revenues for wireless, landline, cable and VOIP carriers as
well as service providers and web partners. Spinvox has already

Telus, Telstra, Vodacom South Africa, Vodafone Spain and Livejournal
and announced a deal with Skype. As a managed service provider any
network or service can rapidly and cost-effectively implement SpinVox.

At the heart of SpinVox is its Voice Message Conversion System(TM)
(VMCS), which works by combining state-of-the-art speech technologies
with a live-learning language process. VMCS is now being rolled-out
across five continents in English, French, Spanish and German - with a
fifth language, Portuguese, under development.
