German stocks - Factors to watch on Sept 2

FRANKFURT, Sept 2 (Reuters) - The DAX top-30 index .GDAXI looked set to open 0.4 percent lower on Tuesday, according to pre-market data from brokers at 0610 GMT.
The following are some of the factors that may move German stocks on Tuesday (share price indications at 0610 GMT):
BAYER BAYG.DE
Indicated 0.1 percent lower
Bayer joins the DJ STOXX 50 index .STOXX50 effective Sept. 22, index provider STOXX Ltd said.
Separately, Bayer said it had submitted a marketing authorisation application to the European Medicines Agency for recombinant human thrombin as a topical aid to control surgical bleeding.

PORSCHE (PSHG_p.DE), VOLKSWAGEN (VOWG.DE)
Porsche indicated 0.7 percent higher
VW indicated 0.4 percent lower
Porsche will raise its 31 percent VW voting stake by 4.9 percent "in the course of September", Porsche said. [ID:nL1496877]

Indicated 1.5 percent lower

Car makers could get an extra three years to meet European Union curbs on carbon dioxide emissions following a committee vote in the European Parliament.
