LITTLER MENDELSON: LEADER IN LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LAW RECOGNIZED AS
A TOP PLACE TO WORK

Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler) is pleased to announce that it
has achieved recognition from numerous organizations because of its
dedication to creating a desirable work environment for attorneys.

Most recently, Littler earned the highest possible rankings from
the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF), VAULT and Working Mother
Magazine. These organizations performed detailed analyses on workplace
standards and employee satisfaction.

"We care about our employees and we strive to provide the best
work environment for every one of them," said Marko Mrkonich,
president and managing director of the firm. "This is part of our
effort to maximize job satisfaction for each member of the Littler
team, and in turn, it relates directly to our commitment to provide
the highest quality of client service."

The firm received the highest rating of 100 on the HRCF 2009
Corporate Equality Index and Best Places to Work Survey. The HRCF is
the educational arm of the nation's largest advocacy group for gay,
lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality. The survey examines the
efforts of large U.S. employers put forth to create equality for
members of the LGBT community, and they are then given a rating
ranging from 0 to 100.

VAULT ranked Littler #1 for "Best in Partner Labor & Employment"
for 2009, which is based on surveys completed by associates and
shareholders, both internal and external, regarding pros and cons of
partnership, their work lives and the job's most important functions.
Also notable is the #1 VAULT ranking Littler received for "Best in
Labor & Employment" for 2009, which is based on ratings by associate
attorneys external to the firm.

In its August/September issue, Working Mother Magazine recognized
Littler as one of the "50 Best Law firms for Women." The firm earned
this important ranking because of Littler's high percentage of women
attorneys, flexible work schedules, the number of leadership positions
held by women and initiatives to assist women.

"Littler is a place where diverse attorneys can come for equal
opportunities," said Lori Brown, office managing shareholder of
Littler's Miami office and director on the firm's board, who
appreciates the inclusive culture as a woman in a leadership role as
well as a member of the GLBT community. "The firm excels in promoting
diversity across the company, through the commitment of firm leaders
to internal initiatives, that open doors for people and promotes
balance between work and family obligations."
