(Nasdaq: SMTS) will release its financial results for the third quarter ended
August 31, 2008 before the opening of the market on Wednesday, September 17,
2008. In conjunction with its financial results, the Company will host a
conference call that will be webcast live at 10:00 a.m. (ET) the same day.
