Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen Adds Technology Law Expert Richard Raysman

NEW YORK, NY, Sep 05 (MARKET WIRE) --
Richard Raysman, one of the preeminent lawyers in the area of computer
law, outsourcing and intellectual property law, has joined the firm of
Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen, P.C. Raysman was one of the name
partners and founders of Brown, Raysman, Millstein, Felder & Steiner,
which merged with Thelen Reid in 2006.
Raysman began his career as a systems engineer with IBM before practicing
law. With his background in technology, Raysman has built a significant
practice representing public and private corporations and governmental
agencies in a wide range of technology transactions and related litigation
matters in federal and state courts. As one of the leaders in the field,
Raysman has co-authored treatises about computer law, including: Computer
Law: Drafting and Negotiating Forms and Agreements; Intellectual Property
Licensing: Forms and Analysis; and Emerging Technologies and the Law:
Forms and Analysis. Raysman also co-authors the monthly computer law
column in the New York Law Journal.

Raysman received his B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in
1968 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1973.

hedge funds in all aspects of their businesses, as well as creditors'
