Sugar Land Commercial Real Estate Firm Sees Market Slow, But
              Remains Optimistic About Remainder of 2008
SUGAR LAND, Texas--(Business Wire)--
Weaver, Davis & Jacob (WDJ) Realty Group, a full-service

development, closed out several brokered deals during the second
quarter of 2008. They include:

   Lease Deals

   --  Micha Makowsky, vice president, represented Westlake Plaza as
        two tenants leased space in the center: TGF Haircutters (1,400
        square feet) and LeJes Cafe (1,800 square feet).

   --  Makowsky represented Parker:Hayden Advertising and Design in
        its lease of 2,562 square feet at 2444 Times Blvd. in Rice
        Village.

   --  Makowsky represented Pecan Grove Crossing in leasing 1,202
        square feet to Dr. Faris Ohan and Eye Excellence.

   --  Makowsky represented Lexington Square as it leased 1,350
        square feet to Mateo's Sugar Land LLC, making room for a new
        Mateo's delivery/carry-out restaurant.

   --  Makowsky represented Webster Plaza in its lease of 1,125
        square feet to BeyondFloors.com.

   New Acquisitions

   --  Nat Davis, principal, represented Tampa, FL Sheldon Rd AZ,
        Ltd. in its purchase of one acre in Tampa, FL from The Giunta
        Group, Ltd.

moderate slowdown that has been caused by the national economic
