Fitch Affirms AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust 2007-B-F

Fitch affirms the ratings of the AmeriCredit Automobile
Receivables Trust 2007-B-F asset-backed notes:

-- Class A-2 notes at 'AAA';

-- Class A-3-A notes at 'AAA';

-- Class A-3-B notes at 'AAA';

-- Class A-4 notes at 'AAA'.

AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables Trust is supported by a note
guaranty insurance policy from Financial Security Assurance, Inc.
(FSA) guaranteeing full and timely payment of interest and principal
by the final scheduled distribution date. The rating affirmation is
based on the terms of the note guaranty insurance policy from FSA,
whose insurer financial strength is rated 'AAA' by Fitch.
