strategic partnership with Chaperon, LLC, to provide a suite of Secure
IP Escrow Solutions to its clients. Chaperon's technology allows NCC

NCC Group will offer an enhanced escrow solution suite powered by
Chaperon's leading class technology. All components of the solution
