Exxon shutting Beaumont, Texas, refinery due to Ike

HOUSTON, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil Corp's (XOM.N) 349,000 barrel per day (bpd) Beaumont, Texas, refinery was shutting down on Thursday due to Hurricane Ike, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Louise Heavens)
