MADRID Oct 3 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

TELEFONICA (TEF.MC)

Telefonica is planning to raise fixed line prices between 3 percent and 4.6 percent from Jan 1, Cinco Dias reported, citing the company.

UNION FENOSA UNF.MC

Italian oil major Eni (ENI.MI) wants Spanish competition authorities to force Union Fenosa to sell its share in the two groups' gas joint venture, Cinco Dias reported, citing access to an Eni filing with energy regulator CNE.

ALMIRALL (ALM.MC)

Morgan Stanley downgrades the Spanish pharmaceutical company to "equal-weight" from "overweight".

BANKINTER (BKT.MC)

Credit Agricole (CAGR.PA) has acquired an additional 1.4 percent in the bank, bringing total stake to over 24 percent, Negocio reports without citing sources.

SACYR VALLEHERMOSO SVO.MC, REPSOL YPF (REP.MC)

Russian gas export monopoly Gazprom (GAZP.MM) is studying Sacyr Vallehermoso's sale of its 20 percent stake in the Spanish oil and gas group, Expansion reported, without naming its source.

Separately, El Economista said private investment firm Alinda Capital Partners had made a preliminary offer for Sacyr's Itiniere ITIE.MC toll road unit, citing sources close to the operation.

ING cuts its target price for the Spanish constructor to 12.2 euros per share from 20.7 euros, while maintaining its "hold" rating.

ACCIONA (ANA.MC)

The construction company has been shortlisted in the bid to build and manage a 1.1 billion Australian dollar desalination plant in Australia, El Economista said.

ENDESA (ELE.MC), FENOSA UNF.MC, IBERDROLA (IBE.MC)

The government will not hike electricity prices this year, despite energy regulator CNE's recommendation that tariffs rise 11 percent, Spain's Industry Minister Miguel Sebastian told Expansion in an interview.

NH HOTELES (NHH.MC)

NH Hoteles will wait for Spain's property market to slide further before buying hotels next year, Chief Executive Gabriele Burgio said in an interview with Reuters.
