LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc (BUD.N) investors on Nov 12 will cast their votes on its planned merger with InBev NV INTB.BR, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Anheuser-Busch, the maker of Budweiser and Michelob beer, said its board unanimously recommended shareholders approve its $52 billion takeover by Belgium's InBev, the maker of Stella Artois and Beck's.

InBev's shareholders in late September voted overwhelmingly in favor of buying Anheuser-Busch, a deal that would create the global leader in brewing.
