EADS appoints chief compliance officer

PARIS Oct 23 (Reuters) - European aerospace group EADS (EAD.PA) said on Thursday its board had decided to implement a new compliance organisation and appointed Pedro Montoya as chief compliance officer.

Montoya will be responsible for structuring and implementing a re-designed EADS ethics and compliance programme, reporting to the company's chief executive and having direct access to the EADS board and audit committee. (Reporting by Marcel Michelson; Editing by David Holmes)
