Perfect World Launches 'Horseback Fighters' Expansion Pack for 'Chi Bi'

BEIJING, Oct. 23 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Perfect World Co., Ltd.
(Nasdaq: PWRD) ("Perfect World" or the "Company"), a leading online game
developer and operator in China, today announced the launch of "Horseback
Fighters," the latest expansion pack for "Chi Bi," the Company's 3D massively
multiplayer online role playing game ("MMORPG") based on the Three Kingdoms
period in Chinese history.
"Chi Bi" features aesthetic graphic design and distinct elements of
traditional Chinese culture. Moreover, the game's special features, such as
the "18 Legendary Weapons System" and the "Battle of the Three Kingdoms
System," have made "Chi Bi" a popular game among online game players.
This latest expansion pack introduces a large number of updates, including
new battlefields, higher levels for in-game characters and new maps, such as
"Tranquil Iceland," "Secluded Garden Valley," "Mysterious Lolan Desert" and
"Enchanting Flowering Forest." One of the most unique new features is a
"Horseback Fighting System," which allows gamers to experience fast-paced and
exciting battles on horseback. In addition, two new weapons, "Halberd" and
"Folding Fan," have been added to the "18 Legendary Weapons System".
