Curis to Present at 7th Annual BIO Investor Forum Conference

Curis, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRIS), a drug development company focused on

cancer treatment, today announced that the Company will be presenting
at the 7th Annual BIO Investor Forum Conference, at 3:45 p.m. local
time (6:45 p.m. EDT) on October 30, 2008, at the Palace Hotel in San
Francisco, California.

   Daniel R. Passeri, Curis' President and Chief Executive Officer,
will provide an overview of the status of GDC-0449, an
orally-administered small molecule inhibitor of the Hedgehog pathway
that is currently in Phase II clinical testing under collaboration
with Genentech. Mr. Passeri also will discuss CUDC-101, CUDC-305 and
Curis' other targeted cancer programs, in addition to other corporate
activities.
