Leadership Conference Addresses Disparity in Workforce With Support of Major
Corporations and Participation of Nationally Recognized Experts

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Hispana
Leadership Institute (NHLI), the premier non-profit organization dedicated to
developing Hispanas/Latinas as ethical leaders through training, professional
development, relationship building and community and world activism, will hold
its 2008 Executive Leadership Training and Mujer Awards conference in Orlando,
Florida on Thursday and Friday, November 13-14 at Disney's Grand Floridian
Resort & Spa.

The conference is a major gathering of professional Latinas and community
leaders from non-profits, corporate, public and private sectors.

The two-day conference will provide cutting-edge management and leadership
skills workshops facilitated by some of the country's most successful Latinas
and other top-level executives. In addition to workshops and seminars ranging
from professional development to politics to corporate strategies to financial

one-on-one "Ask the Expert" sessions and provide Health and Career Fairs.
