Hospitals, Healthcare Providers to Save with Premier Agreement for Cardiac Ultrasound Contrast Media

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(Business Wire)--
Premier Purchasing Partners, LP, today announced a new agreement
for cardiac ultrasound contrast media with Lantheus Medical Imaging of
North Billerica, Mass.

   The new agreement includes the Definity(R) cardiac ultrasound
agent formerly available through Bristol-Myers Squibb. In January
2008, Bristol-Myers Squibb sold its medical imaging division to Avista
Capital Partners; the new company was named Lantheus Medical Imaging.

   Effective December 1, 2008, the 36-month agreement is available to
acute and continuum of care members of the Premier healthcare
alliance.
