SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, Oct 23 (MARKET WIRE) --
RecycleNet Corporation (OTCBB: GARM) is pleased to announce that
recycler's in the state of Georgia have embraced the RecycleNet ROCs
program and are the international leaders in reporting recycling
transactions.

RecycleNet Corporation launched the Recycling Offset Credits (ROCs)
program in June 2008 as a voluntary program for anyone in the world to
report recycling transactions. RecycleNet ROCs program provides a
certified measurement system to recognize and reward companies for their
recycling efforts. RecycleNet will issue/award Recycling Offset Credits
(ROCs) for each ton of material recycled by participants.

The RecycleNet ROCs program has had participation from companies
throughout the United States as well as the rest of the world.
Participants in the south eastern United States lead by Georgia have
accumulated the most ROC transactions over the first three months of our
program.

The Recycling Offset Credits (ROCs) program is an effort to provide a
universally recognized standard to measure and certify recycling efforts
and to demonstrate the economic impact of the recycling industry.

RecycleNet Corporation invites any company, institution or organization
to participate in the voluntary ROCs program by reporting materials
recycled. There is no fee to participate and the program is open and
applicable to anyone in all stages of the recycling/reverse distribution
supply chain.
