Revolutionary Way to Stay Connected with IM Push in IM+ for BlackBerry
Smartphones

STUTTGART, Germany and BOSTON, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- SHAPE Services
announced today an update of IM+ All-in-One Mobile Messenger for BlackBerry(R)
smartphones. This update makes it an industry first multi-messaging client
with instant delivery of messages to the users' e-mail inbox when IM+ is
closed. Leveraging the BlackBerry wireless solution from Research In Motion
(RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM) for the delivery of e-mail, IM+ provides
instant and convenient delivery of IMs from AIM(R)/iChat, MSN(R)/Windows
Live(TM) Messenger, Yahoo!(R), ICQ(R) , Jabber(R) , Google Talk(TM) and
MySpaceIM directly to the recipient's mail box.

Here is how it works -- "Upon closing IM+, you are offered to stay online in
"IM Push" mode. In this mode, IM+ on your BlackBerry smartphone provides all
IM services with messages pushed to your e-mail inbox. Your replies will be
converted to instant messages and delivered back to your contact because IM
Push leverages the BlackBerry technology," explained Slava Pilguj, CTO of
BlackBerry Software Development, SHAPE Services.

"We are pleased to be the innovators of technologies that offer more
communication freedom and satisfy the lifestyle of BlackBerry users," said
Igor Berezovsky, SHAPE Services' CEO.

Earlier this year, SHAPE Services released two other applications for
BlackBerry smartphones: GPSed, a location-based service to track and trace a
user's footsteps on Google maps and attaches geotagged photos to the track as
well as Mobiscope, which streams video from Web and IP cameras to a BlackBerry
smartphone.
