Harte Appoints Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Oct 23 (MARKET WIRE) --
HARTE GOLD CORP. (TSX VENTURE: HRT)(FRANKFURT: H4O)("Harte") today
announced that the Board of Directors of Harte has appointed Milton
Klyman C.A. as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Klyman is also the Chairman,
the founder and the former President of Harte. Mr. Klyman replaces Paul
Ankcorn who resigned as CFO. "We sincerely wish to thank Mr. Ankcorn for
his time, efforts and hard work and wish him well in his future
