HENDERSON, NV, Oct 23 (MARKET WIRE) --
Global General Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GLGT) (www.glgtinc.com)
and its wholly owned subsidiary, H7 Security Systems, developers and
makers of Personal Identification, asset management and logistic security
solutions for commercial, private sector and military applications.

Global General Technologies announced today that it has officially opened
offices in Hong Kong, to support expansion of distribution of products to
global markets, enhancing market exposure and establishing manufacturing
facilities that will reduce cost and increase production capabilities.

Joseph Petter, President of Global General, said: "We are excited about
the growth potential of our technologies that will be realized with the
opening of our offices in Hong Kong, and establishing manufacturing
facilities that will ensure the integrity of our technology, while
allowing us to maintain a competitive advantage through a presence in
China." Mr. Petter continued, "Our new offices will give us 'feet on the
ground' in China so that we may fully prepare and participate in
opportunities within the 2010 Shanghai World Expo."

The company's intelligent video surveillance system, known as "Silent
Soldier," is being considered by the 2010 Shanghai World Expo for
security.

Bob Reed, CEO of Global General, added, "GLGT is pleased to be a part of
China's technology and innovation explosion. Having a presence within this
market will enable our company to grow our manufacturing facilities and
develop custom solutions for our clients and expand our R&D as technology
emerges within the industry. GLGT will no doubt benefit from a presence
in Hong Kong with its rich scientific and academic backdrop, access to
three highly acclaimed technical universities, a population of 7 million,
and, perhaps most importantly, one of the most progressive High Tech Zones
worldwide."

GLGT leverages the most talented design, engineering and technology
professionals to bring forward exceptional security solutions at home and
abroad.

    Silent Soldier

The company has continued development of its perimeter defense security
offering, known as the Silent Soldier. With interest emanating from India
and China, the Silent Soldier product offering is one of the most advanced
early warning intelligent surveillance systems currently available. The
Silent Soldier offers the "earliest" Intelligence & Early Warning
Surveillance systems for long-range incursions that enable rapid responses
in the prevention of terrorist attacks. GLGT's next-generation solution is
designed to maximize intelligent communication, resource sharing, threat
determination, sensor detection, and mission planning for high value
locations with definitive perimeters such as refineries, oil pipelines,
nuclear power plants, electric power plants, marine terminals, storage
tank farms, and harbor facilities. The systems may be remotely operated
on a manual basis via a secure web-based interface, adding an additional
layer of safety.

The company is very encouraged by the high level of interest expressed in
the Silent Soldier by a number of private companies and public national
agencies.

The Silent Soldier base unit with video transmitted directed to a head end
for local object tracking will sell for $150,000 without cameras. Options
will include (OEM-based) local/remote RAID (define this) storage
capability and DVR technologies. Advanced versions of the Silent Soldier
will include the ICn and sensor technologies. These systems will sell for
$100,000. Upgraded design solutions, now possible through our newly
merged technology and strategic alliances, including facial recognition,
long range systems, and advanced ICN technologies will sell for $250,000.

Global General Technologies anticipates revenue of $2,000,000 in Silent
Soldier sales in the first twelve months after a successful beta site
evaluation. The company expects an initial order for the Silent Soldier to
be used for perimeter security at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo after
evaluation. In conjunction with the Shanghai Jiia Tong University, the
company has plans to integrate Silent Soldier technology into a remotely
driven vehicle. In addition, the company expects up to $3,000,000 to be
generated by license agreements with international manufacturers. An
additional $500,000 is forecasted to be generated by Research &
Development contracts. The company is currently represented in the USA,
Japan, China, and India and is actively pursuing representation in South
America and Africa. With the funding allocated and development of Silent
Soldier well underway, the Company is revisiting prior interest from
Punjab Micro Circuits of India, which had plans to develop and resell a
variety of Silent Soldier applications in India utilizing H7's technology
and expertise.

Stephen Miller, an internationally recognized expert in biometric
applications, is heading the finalization and upgrades to Silent Soldier.
Mr. Miller has developed numerous biometric systems and holds high profile
design wins. Miller has also led numerous development efforts between
American and Japanese companies and has served as a technical advisor to
many American and Asian companies. He has managed numerous software design
teams for projects for companies ranging from Hitachi, USA to Cyber
