FPL Recognized for Exceptional Customer Service

For the fifth consecutive year, Florida Power & Light Company
(FPL) has received the prestigious ServiceOne Award, an honor
presented annually to recognize utilities that have provided
exceptional customer service.

   The award is presented by PA Consulting Group, a worldwide
management, systems and technology consulting firm. It is based on
criteria that cover nearly all of the functional areas within customer
service for a typical North American utility, including the contact
center, billing, payment, credit and collections, meter reading and
safety.
