WaterPure International, Inc. Launches Aggressive Ad Campaign for Its
Atmospheric Water Generators

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WaterPure
International, Inc. (the "Company" or "WaterPure") (OTC Bulletin Board: WPUR)
announced today that it has initiated a multi faceted print advertising
program for its atmospheric water generators (AWGs) aimed at the local South
Florida market. The new ad campaign includes 50,000 full color, 2 sided
inserts in the Sun Sentinel, one of South Florida's leading daily newspapers.
Additionally, banner ads and inserts are also being placed in the Florida
Business Journal. "This marks the beginning of a full scale initiative for
sales of our AWGs and in anticipation of a positive response from consumers
and businesses alike, we have expanded our local delivery and fulfillment
capabilities here in the South Florida market," said Paul S. Lipschutz, the
Company's President. "Our ads are aimed at educating consumers and businesses
about the important alternative our AWGs offer them in providing the daily
drinking water necessary for their families and workers while at the same
time, helping the environment by not depleting natural water resources or
contributing to the billions of plastic bottles that find their way into land
fills in our communities every year," said Lipschutz.
    About Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs)
AWGs extract moisture from the atmosphere through a condensation process
and transform it creating absolutely pure, healthy drinking water. Multiple
air and water filtration systems remove particulate matter smaller than .01
microns. Utilizing high intensity UV (ultra violet), it eliminates any
microorganisms including bacteria and viruses. Test results of WaterPure water
measured 99.9% purity, far exceeding EPA requirements. Operating on standard
110v power in the USA, it is extremely efficient and uses a minimal amount of
energy to produce water. The unit requires no plumbing, water lines, or pipes
and is easily installed. Driven by a microcomputer control system, it will
stop generating water when full. The WaterPure purification system employs
special filters to remove any unpleasant tastes or odor that may be present in
the air.

WaterPure International, Inc. markets water production and treatment
products in the USA and abroad. The Company's principal line of products
