DIOS PAM Project: Lake Sediment Sampling Program Outlined 2 Clusters of Uranium Anomalies

Officers of DIOS EXPLORATION (TSX VENTURE: DOS) are pleased with progress
on their wholly-owned PAM uranium project in the LaGuiche Basin, Quebec,
Canada. DIOS is of the opinion it has uncovered a new uranium district in
Quebec near the Opinaca Reservoir with now 6 large ongoing uranium
projects in the area. Drill results are pending from twelve holes on the
Upinor project.

Last year, a first three-day reconnaissance short program was completed
on the extensive PAM property and only three grab-samples were collected
due to very limited rock exposure (only outcrops with radioactive counts
over 100 cps were sampled). A value around 0.1 % uranium oxide (0.095%
U3O8) was returned from the contact between metasediments and a
sub-horizontal pegmatite dyke with 9000 cps (counts per seconds). This
summer, 32 radioactive grab-samples were collected on 18 boulders and 14
outcrops during a four-day reconnaissance program. Field readings
(RS-120) vary from 1,150 to 17,000 cps and results are pending.

This summer, lake sediments were sampled over the PAM property to better
focus future exploration work. The PAM PROJECT was created by DIOS and
the property was initially map-staked on an extensive uranium lake bottom
sediment anomaly cluster from previous SDBJ data including 14 samples
greater than100 ppm U along a 40 kilometer long east-west structural
trend reaching up to 830, 463, 271, 233, 187, 166, 138, 130, 130, 127,
123, 109, 107 and 105 ppm uranium (parts per million uranium in the lake
bottoms). In 2008, a total of 258 samples were collected on behalf of
DIOS. Two main uranium anomalies clusters were outlined by this survey. A
3 by 5 km uranium anomaly cluster composed of 9 lake sediment samples is
coincidental with the same area that previously returned 0.095% U308 and
a 2 by 3 km cluster composed of 4 lake sediment samples. Based on these
results, airborne radiometrics and prospecting follow-up is planned on
first-priority areas on the PAM project in 2009.

The PAM property is underlain by LaGuiche paragneisses (metasediments),
granitic migmatites as well as deformed dioritic intrusives along several
fold-hinges. The PAM project is also located just south of the regional
Opinaca River structural corridor, along the same trend hosting the
Opinaca Nord uranium project (about 10 km to the west). Rossing-type high
tonnage uranium as well as classic vein-type models may be considered in
association with numerous anatexis granites occurring within
metasediments of the LaGuiche Basin.

The samples were prepared by IOS Geoscientifiques Inc of Saguenay, Qc.
Lake sediment sampless were processed at the ALS-Chemex laboratory in Val
d`Or, Qc and rocks are processed at the Saskatchewan Research Council.
