SoftBrands Hospitality Appoints Elizabeth Homewood Vice President of Global
Support
MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SoftBrands, Inc.
(AMEX: SBN), a global supplier of enterprise application software, today
announced that the company's hospitality business has selected Elizabeth
Homewood to serve as Vice President of Global Support. In this role, Homewood
is responsible for overseeing the hospitality support teams around the world
and focusing on improving customer satisfaction, implementing best practices,
and partnering with product development staff to identify functionality
enhancements.
Homewood has more than 15 years of experience in the professional services
and support services field. She has a proven ability to focus clearly on
driving operational excellence globally, improving customer satisfaction, and
managing process improvement initiatives to increase growth in both revenue
and margin.

organizing complex projects and defining project priorities, makes Elizabeth

Homewood joined SoftBrands in March 2000 and held various management
positions within the SoftBrands Manufacturing division before moving to her
new role within SoftBrands Hospitality. Most recently, she served as Director
of Global Support for SoftBrands Manufacturing, where she played a significant
role in implementing best practices and improving customer satisfaction.
Previously, she was Director of Support for the Americas region of SoftBrands
Manufacturing. Prior to that role, she was Technical Services Manager for
SoftBrands Manufacturing operations. Earlier in her career, Homewood worked
as an independent technical consultant.
