Alamogordo Financial Corp. Declares Dividend

ALAMOGORDO, N.M.--(Business Wire)--
R. Miles Ledgerwood, President of Alamogordo Financial Corp. (OTC
Bulletin Board "ALMG"; CUSIP number 011448107) today announced that
the Company has declared a cash dividend of 25 cents per share on the
Company's common stock for the fiscal quarter ended September 30,
2008. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of
November 3, 2008, and will be paid on November 18, 2008.

   Alamogordo Financial Corp. is the parent corporation for BANK'34,
a federally chartered savings association headquartered in Alamogordo,
New Mexico. BANK'34's deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation.
