Automotive Suppliers Stand Tough in Slow Economy as Original Equipment
Suppliers Association Welcomes 400th Member Company

TROY, Mich., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Original Equipment Suppliers
Association (OESA) welcomes its 400th corporate member. Iroquois Industries
Inc., a leader in forming, welding and assembly technologies and headquartered
in Warren, Mich., joined OESA on September 20, 2008, and helped OESA reach a
record number of members.
In these times of poor automotive sales and the slow economy negatively
affecting organizations throughout the country, automotive suppliers are
seeing the value in joining an organization that can provide them with the
information, tools and insight to help them through the current economic
downturn.
"Several of our executives have been fortunate enough to attend recent
OESA events, including the General Motors and Volkswagen Purchasing Town Hall
meetings. The positive response and benefits of being present at these events
has greatly influenced our decision to join OESA," said Reinhard Eschbach, CEO
of Iroquois Industries. "We were pleased to learn Iroquois Industries is the
400th company to become a member of this informative association of automotive
suppliers."
"In these challenging economic times, welcoming our 400th member reassures
us that OESA is a valuable entity within the automotive industry," said Neil
De Koker, president and CEO, OESA. "As we celebrate OESA's 10th anniversary
this year, we are privileged to have such a great company as Iroquois help us
reach this milestone."
