TSYS Signs New Clients and Adds Data Center in Japan

COLUMBUS, Ga.--(Business Wire)--
TSYS today announced the signing of three new clients and the
addition of a new data center in Japan. The clients include: AZ Card,
OCS and Nagasaki Kenmin Shinyo Kumiai. The data center, which will be
called the TSYS Okinawa Data Center (TODC), is located in Nago City,
Okinawa.

   "TSYS has operated in Japan since 2000 when we purchased a
majority stake in the ownership of GP Network Corporation (GP Net) and
opened our first office there," said Gaylon Jowers, president of TSYS
International. "Japan is the third largest credit card market in the
world, and we will continue to make a significant contribution to this
market by offering the expertise and experience we've gained from more
than 25 years in the payments industry."

   The TODC will be initially used as a data center for Japan, but
