Triumph Group Elects Two New Directors

WAYNE, Pa.--(Business Wire)--
Triumph Group, Inc. (NYSE:TGI) today announced that Paul Bourgon,
President of the Aeroengine Division of SKF USA, and Joseph M.
Silvestri, Managing Partner of Court Square Capital, have been elected
to its Board of Directors effective immediately.

   In his current position at SKF Aeroengine, Mr. Bourgon manages a
global aerospace supplier business with major operations in the United
States, Canada, Italy, England, and France. He has also previously
held leadership positions at Rolls-Royce Canada and Heroux-Devtek Inc.

   Mr. Silvestri has been with Court Square Capital and its
predecessor, Citigroup Venture Capital, since 1990. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors of Auto Europe Group, MacDermid,
Inc., Newmarket, Inc. and SGS International.

   Richard C. Ill, Triumph's President and Chief Executive Officer,
