PHOENIX, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Navigator Management Partners, LLC, a
managerial and information technology consulting firm, is expanding its
capabilities through the addition of a business intelligence and data
warehousing service offering, it was announced today. Tracy Powers, based in
Phoenix, will lead the business intelligence capability of the firm.
Navigator Management Partners, based in Columbus, Ohio, is quickly
becoming a national company due to an aggressive market expansion program.
Within the last 14 months, the company has opened offices in Phoenix, Raleigh
and Baltimore. Navigator provides world-class business consulting services
through its project management, business process reengineering, packaged
software solutions, organizational change management and business intelligence
services. The company targets Fortune 1,000 firms, government agencies and
institutions of higher education.
"Further developing our business intelligence practice made sense given
the growing demand for these services from our existing clients," vice
president of consulting services Mark DeMaio said. "We are thrilled to have
Ms. Powers join us to lead this important capability. With Tracy's guidance
and expertise, Navigator will provide services that include business
intelligence strategy, performance measurement, tool selection, requirements,
design and implementation. One of our key differentiators is the ability to
integrate the business intelligence discipline with our clients' total
corporate HR, IT and finance strategies."
Powers brings a wealth of experience as a senior leader and business
intelligence expert with nearly two decades of experience in national
consulting, project management, data architecture and systems design.
"There is consistent demand for thought leadership around business
intelligence, especially in the Phoenix market," Powers said. "Navigator is
poised to present companies with services that enable best-in-class results.
Companies that implement business intelligence and data-management strategies
get higher customer satisfaction and retention rates, less employee turnover
coupled with higher employee productivity and decreases in litigation
expenses. These are the types of results businesses need to be successful in
this economy."
Powers has extensive experience in financial reporting, performance
management and data warehousing in state and local government, not-for-profit,
healthcare, insurance and construction while maintaining deep roots in the
Phoenix community. She serves as Executive Director of the Arizona Angels
Investor Group, and formerly as a Board Member of the Arizona Technology
Council, Treasurer of NPower Arizona and Chief Information Officer for the
Arizona Community Foundation.
