Sealed Air Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ELMWOOD PARK, N.J.--(Business Wire)--
Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that its Board
of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per
common share. The dividend is payable on December 19, 2008 to
stockholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2008.
