Diversified automotive company JM Family Enterprises, Inc. (JM
Family) is celebrating 40 years of success. Emerging from Jim Moran's

Jim Moran, who passed away in 2007, founded the company in 1968,

Community Involvement
Since JM Family Enterprises opened its doors, Jim Moran instilled
the philosophy of giving back to our communities where we live and
work. Further, to ensure his legacy of philanthropy would continue
beyond his lifetime, he established The Jim Moran Foundation (The
Foundation) in 2000. Combined, JM Family and The Foundation have
invested tens of millions of dollars and volunteer hours to non-profit
organizations throughout the U.S. Through a long-term agreement, The
Foundation's significant funders are JM Family Enterprises and its
