New Issue-National Rural sells $1 bln in 10-yr bonds
Oct 23 (Reuters) - National Rural Utilities Cooperative
Finance Corp (NRU.N), a lender to utilities in rural America,
on Thursday sold $1 billion of 10-year collateral trust bonds,
said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $500 million.
Deutsche Bank Securities, JP Morgan, and Merrill Lynch were the active bookrunners for the sale. RBS Greenwich Capital was a passive bookrunner.
