Helm Technical Services (HTS) celebrates its 20th year of
providing Information Technology (IT) consulting, staffing and
recruiting services this year. Founded in 1988 by Gordon Helm, HTS has
provided its clients with on-demand qualified IT resources to assist
in the timely completion of software and hardware development and
maintenance projects. Originally, HTS specialized in providing
consulting services to clients using the HP3000 corporate computer
systems and then expanded into offering additional services on all
computer platforms in 1995. HTS has provided services to a wide range
of clientele, from Fortune 25's to .com startup firms.

In 2001, HTS was selected to procure an onsite vendor management
service program with the California ISO and was instrumental in the
centralization management of their enterprise temporary-help services
program. Working with partnering organizations, HTS provided the CaISO
with a number of professional labor resources. HTS also developed an
online application (ARMS - Automated Recruitment Management System) to
allow its clients to effectively manage and streamline the procurement
of any IT resource. ARMS collaboratively brings together the process
of resume submissions, team review and evaluations, interview
scheduling and hiring notifications in one centralized application.

HTS has been recognized multiple times by the Sacramento Business
