intent to purchase Woodland Wireless, including its patented roaming
application, Visitatel, West Michigan Co-Location Services, T2TV and T2

proprietary lead generation engine to garner qualified leads (prospective
customers) for Fortune 1000 advertisers using a series of proprietary online
