Fujitsu to buy Siemens stake in PC joint venture

TOKYO Nov 4 (Reuters) - Japanese electronics conglomerate Fujitsu Ltd (6702.T) said it would spend 450 million euro ($566.5 million) to buy Siemens AG's (SIEGn.DE) 50 percent stake in their PC joint venture.
Fujitsu said in a statement that it expects to the deal to close on April 1, 2009, making Fujitsu Siemens Computers a wholly owned subsidiary.
