Harper says Canada will offer full co-operation

TORONTO Nov 6 (Reuters) - Prime Minister Stephen Harper said on Thursday the Canadian government would fully co-operate with the administration of Barack Obama.

Harper, who called Obama's election win a historic event that excited the entire world, said Ottawa shared concerns with the upcoming Obama administration on the economy, environment and energy. (Reporting by John McCrank, writing by Jennifer Kwan; editing by Rob Wilson)
