Mexico's Cemex hires bank to renegotiate debt

MEXICO CITY Nov 14 (Reuters) - Mexican cement maker Cemex (CMXCPO.MX)(CX.N) said on Friday that it was in talks with several banks to refinance part of its debt.

The company has hired five banks to negotiate loans for itself and its Cemex Espana unit to replace existing facilities. Additionally, they will help Cemex amend other existing syndicated loans. (Reporting by Cyntia Barrera Diaz; Editing by Lisa Von Ahn)
