Queenco Leisure International Announces that Avenue Capital Group Purchased
5.37% Shareholding in Company

RAMAT GAN, Israel, November 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Queenco Leisure
International Ltd (LSE: QLI.L) (hereinafter: the "Company"), the emerging
markets casino developer and operator, was notified that on 12 November 2008
Avenue Capital Group purchased GDRs in the Company. Consequently, Avenue
Capital Group, through four entities, now has 1,897,771 GDRs in the Company
(18,977,710 Ordinary shares) representing a total of 5.37% of the issued
share capital.
