According to a new national survey conducted by interactive website Kudzu.com, 86% of consumers are checking out online business reviews before making purchasing decisions. Kudzu.com gained insight from over 600 users, 90% of which said they trust reviews they read online. Findings also revealed that more than half of consumers place a high value on online reviews when looking for trustworthy home service professionals.
