by HRO Today magazine in its annual review of employment screening providers.
Rankings are based on overall customer satisfaction, quality and breadth of

The report's results were based upon provider data and an anonymous
satisfaction survey completed by customers of the top screening service
providers from around the country. Survey results were comprised of both large
and small employers, with simple to very complex needs. Issues such as data
accuracy, timeliness, and compliance seem to be the foremost concerns for
users of outsourced screening services. Results also indicated that the
participants look to the market for technological innovations such as
integration with other HR applications like ATSs, guidance on best practices,
and risk management support.
