Israeli airstrike on Gaza mosque kills 7 - Hamas

GAZA Jan 3 (Reuters) - The Israeli air force bombed a mosque in the northern Gaza Strip on Saturday, killing at least seven Palestinians including a child, the ruling Islamist group Hamas said.

At least 50 people were wounded, Hamas amd medical officials said.

An Israeli military spokesman had no immediate comment on the air strike on Beit Lahiya.
