New Web Site by Burger King Corp. Uses Burger to Deliver Humorous "Angry-Grams"
MIAMI--(Business Wire)--
Starting today, Burger King Corp. (NYSE:BKC) is giving restaurant guests the
chance to experience a sizzling version of America`s favorite burger with the
Angry WHOPPER sandwich, featuring crispy Angry onions and a spicy Angry sauce.

Available for a limited time only, the new Angry WHOPPER sandwich features a
flame-broiled burger patty topped with sizzling Angry onions, jalapeƱos, pepper
jack cheese, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise topped with Angry sauce on
a sesame seed bun.

"The Angry WHOPPER puts a hot and spicy new twist on the original WHOPPER
sandwich taste," said John Schaufelberger, senior vice president, global product
marketing and innovation, Burger King Corp. "It promises to aggressively ignite
the taste buds of our guests."

In conjunction with the new burger, BKC will also launch www.angry-gram.com, a
humorous Web site that allows visitors to use the burger to deliver Angry-Gram
e-mails to those who may be getting on their last nerve. Upon opening, the Angry
WHOPPER animates and humorously rebukes the recipient with a message recorded by
the sender.

The Angry WHOPPER sandwich will be available through March 30, 2009 for a
suggested retail price of $3.69. In addition, the Angry DOUBLE WHOPPER will be
available for a suggested retail price of $4.49, and the Angry TRIPLE WHOPPER
will be available for a suggested retail price of $5.19.
