Wave-Technology Solutions Group Acquires Metronome, Inc.

Metronome Will Merge with Existing Wave Business Group, Bringing Additional
Services to Clients
IRVINE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Wave-Technology Solutions Group (WAVE), a systems integration and content
management solutions company, has acquired Irvine, Calif.-based Metronome, Inc.,
a technology solutions provider, for an undisclosed amount. WAVE will merge
Metronome with its WAVE-Secure Data Group (SDG) business as part of the
company`s strategic growth plan.

Ed Ginty will continue his role as vice president and general manager of

will become business group president. In his new role, Lee will continue to
expand the company`s footprint as well as focus on developing innovative core
services.
